Craig has been working in software development for the last 23 years, primarily in the finance sector.

He is a certified Profession Scrum Master and PRINCE2 Practitioner, but works mainly in Agile development environments. Adept at “big picture” thinking, he successfully manages and guides large development teams of 30+ developers, analysts and testers.

When everyone else is panicking, he’s the calm one in the room, using his methodical approach to problem solving to keep everyone focused and deliver solutions that add value as effectively and quickly as possible.

He is an active listener who leads effortlessly, living his mantra of “keep it short and simple”.
