Dusan has a background in Mechanical Engineering and moved over to IT in 2000. He’s our go-to guy for Organizational Well-being and Engagement, Productivity and Goal Setting, and Effective Process.

For the past 20 years, Dusan has filled the role of a Developer, Team Lead, CTO and Development Manager and has been involved in all six stages of the SDLC.

Although he’s been working in the finance environment for close on a decade, he also has experience in the Mining, Entertainment and Logistics industries. This experience has fine-tuned his collaboration skills as well as his ability to find “out-of-the-box” solutions to the most taxing problems.
